Safety isn’t just a priority at Esposito’s Electric—it’s the foundation of everything we do. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve achieved Platinum Status in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) STEP Safety Management System!
What Does This Mean?
The STEP (Safety Training Evaluation Process) program was created over 30 years ago to help companies build world-class safety programs. Businesses that participate in STEP are able to achieve incident rates nearly six times safer than the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics construction industry average.

With a degree in Electronic Engineering and nearly 30 years of experience at Esposito’s Electric, Alfredo Mendoza is more than just our Safety Director—he’s the driving force behind our safety success.
Alfredo specializes in industrial electricity and engineering, designing complex electrical systems for process plants. But beyond his technical expertise, he’s passionate about creating a culture of safety that protects every worker on our team.
